Venz – Vince and Vicky & the family.
So okay, we had a lot of fun with this one. We were asked to spice up the life of one of Holland’s best loved chocolate sandwich sprinkles, and make them stand out against competing (and cheaper) private labels. Obvious that some classic ‘Lemon-brand-enrichment’ was needed, we conjured a fantastical cross media storytelling adventure. Starring Vince, Vicky and their parents, all of whom sadly lost their way between the box and the bread. The adventure asks us, the happy eaters, to solve riddles, puzzles and, in fine ‘Where’s Waldo’ fashion, locate objects on crowded sport fields.
Back, Front & Around Pack
The football field, swimming pool and tennis pitch have already been great successes, and some new adventures see our gang ending up amongst different populations. The story proved furtile soil for coming packaging and even new products. When Venz launched their new ‘light’ sprinkles, the story was adapted to the new product, giving it an instant Venz-feel. But the story goes further than just packaging. Vince, Vikcy & the family open a whole new world for kids & parents to discover. The Venz website provided a new part of the adventure, with more riddles and a ‘did-you-know’ service that gives a new little fun fact every day. The fun facts are also accessible via mobile, even further extending the on-going sprinkle adventure.
Actual numbers are classified. The differentiation from PL will continue in building even more value for the brand and its customers.
