Strategy heroes needed
Lemon Scented Tea is looking for two Strategy managers:
- Consumer and cultural insights champion
We build brands with the ‘power of stories’. We deepen these stories with insights into what drives people and how they express this in their daily lives. To do so, we are looking for someone who loves to talk to consumers. Someone who knows what lives in society and how brands should act upon these societal and cultural movements.You have been working as a strategist/account planner for some years or as a qualitative researcher or a trend watcher. Or maybe you have experience in all of the above. You are looking for a dynamic strategic-creative communication agency filled with nice colleagues, located on the beautiful Korte Prinsengracht in Amsterdam.
- Communications planning wizard
We are also looking for a communications planner who helps us translate the brand story into different media across touchpoints. Someone who takes the consumer journey as the starting point of their thinking and how the brand story can be effectively deployed with maximum impact. A strategist who can inspire creative teams with relevant examples and insights to bring their big ideas to life throughout the different phases of a communications plan. You have very likely gained this experience within a digital agency or a media agency.
In both functions you will independently advise clients about their brand and communication strategies, within a growing strategy team. Minimum requirements are boundless curiosity and the ability to apply insights to develop surprising solutions for client challenges. You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience, a HBO/WO thinking level and are a fluent Dutch speaker.
